Type of calls presented in pane
Z punktu widzenia pracy telefonu współpracującego z TouchCTI można wyróżnić następujące rodzaje połączeń (wizualizacja ich znajduje się na panelu kolejki połączeń.

Incoming call - call ringing is presented as green border flashes during call ringing. |

Return call - transferred call returned because nobody answered it. |

Established call - red border and yellow background. |

Transferring call - transfer was not realized yet. In  TouchCTI settings it can be determined what stage of call is presented on call queue pane or in tab Forwarded.
