Since firmware version 1.2.46 - new functionality has been added - SwitchHOOK. New doorphone control mode was introduced - new way to use buttons and maximum time for calling and talking have been changed.

Description of SHK mode:

  • when button is pressed for minimum of 300ms new call is generated
  • connection is initiated by means of pulse edge (rising or falling) - eg. change from short circuit to break or vice versa from break to short circuit
  • connection (calling and conversation) continues until button is released or connection is disconnected by PBX
  • maximum call time is 18 hours

Warning!

For 1 and 2-button doorphones with capacitive keypad, switching on SHK mode will make it impossible disconnect connection from doorphone side

In order to properly configure functionality:

  • in PBX - Global settings / System commands sheet - enter system variable: RingTime_Doorphone <1 ... 65000sek>. It specifies maximum call time
  • in doorphone - configure button operation accordingly. For two-button models they can be programmed independently.

Configuring SHK mode on the adapter:

Operation of button that is not in SHK mode has not been changed. The buttons work independently. (e.g. if you configure 2 buttons as SHK, you can disconnect connection from button with which connection was established).
