DPH16 - Doorphone using

DPH-16 user can perform following actions:

• Establish call with any subscriber after dialing extension number of this subscriber
• Trigger relay output of doorphpone
• Anwer incoming calls from any extension number
• Register the RFID card yourself

Doorphone -> Subscriber call

To establish call with any extension number appropriate number should be dialed from doorphone keyboard and press button. Caption "Call <dialed extension number>" is visible and message "Please wait for connection" and next melody defined as MOH can be hear in doorphone speaker. After lifting handset of phone with dialed extension number call is established automatically. Opening the gate / wicket from the telephone is possible by selecting:

• key * - the action defined by the administrator as "Opening Action Extension telephone" will be performed
• digits 1 - the EZ relay will be activated
• digits 2 - the STA relay will be activated

Subscriber -> Doorphone -call

If PBX subscriber dial extension number assigned to doorphone, call is established automatically, which is confirmed with caption "Incoming call". In this status conversation between phone and doorphone. Finishing call takes place after hang off handset or pressing button on doorphone keyboard.

Disconnect the door station

The doorphone disconnects the connection:

• after receiving a signal from the DTMF line '#' - after the PBX subscriber has hung up the phone, it sends a disconnection to the doorphone (Slican IPx, MAC, CCT)
• based on the detection of the busy signal (frequency 425Hz + -10%, tact 500ms signal / 500ms silence + - 100ms, 3 full consecutive signals; Slican NCP exchanges and other manufacturers' exchanges)
• automatically after exceeding 3 minutes of conversation

Local opening of the door

The option is available only after starting the ACS system.

To trigger relay output following activities should be performed:

• Select from keyboard number of defined user
• Press button - on display caption "Enter PIN" is visible
• Enter PIN code defined for specified user account - caption "OPEN", is s visible on display, simultaneously action defined as "PIN enter action" is performed.

It is also possible to control the relay output by bringing the RFID card closer to the doorphone - the word "OPEN" will appear on the display, and at the same time the action defined by the administrator as "Opening Action Proximity card" is performed.

Local opening of the doorphone - optional selection of the output

The option is available only after starting the ACS system.

If the PBX administrator has allowed optional output selection, it can be done as follows:

• Select from keyboard number of defined user
• Press the key twice - the message "Select Actions" will appear on the display
• Press the digit 1 if the EZ relay is to be tripped or press the digit 2 if the STA relay is to be triggered, then the message "Enter PIN" will appear on the display
• Enter the PIN code defined for the account with the entered number - "OPEN" will appear on the display

If you want to open with an RFID card, you should:

• Press the number 1 if the EZ relay is to be triggered or press the number 2 if the STA relay is to be triggered and present the RFID card - the display will read "OPEN"

The process of registering an RFID card by the subscriber

The option is available only after starting the ACS system.

If the PBX administrator has authorized the subscriber to register the RFID card himself, he can do it in the following way:

• Press the key - the message "Enter catalog number" will appear
• Enter the catalog number and press the button - the message "Enter your PIN" will appear
• Enter the PIN code and the following text will appear: "Present the card" and if the subscriber has already assigned a card, the option to select "Delete" and "Back"
• If we want to remove the old card, press the button under the inscription "Delete"
• The screen will say "Do you want to remove the card" and you can choose "Yes" and "No"
• Press the button under the word "Yes" - the text "Card removed" will appear for a moment, and then "Present the card"
• If we want to register a new card, put the card close to the reader - on the screen we get the confirmation "Registered"
