Conference creating methods

Creating conference rely on gathering all conference parties[1] and establishing call with all these parties.

Quick conference creating

  1. From tab Zakladki contacts 24.png Contacts: Contact (button) selection - to this button conference group should be assigned[2]. Attention: Such group immediately start ringing!
    Next tab Zakladki conference2 24.png Conference should be selected to managing conference.
  2. From tab Zakladki contacts 24.png Contacts: Group or subgroup of contacts should be prepared, if there is no, it should be prepared. -> Entering in Edit mode. -> Selecting tab with this group or subgroup of contacts. -> From context menu - select option Conference.png Add to conference.

Manual conference creating

Quick and manual conference creating can be joined together.

  • From tab Zakladki conference2 24.png Conference -> press button Add plus green 24.png Add -> Conference gathering pane opens.

  1. Select and touch specified position.
  2. This position is immediately inserted into gathering conference pane. Point 1 should be repeated until selecting all conference parties.
  3. Sources of conference participants can be:
    1. Zakladki contacts 24.pngContacts
    2. Numbers dialed manually using Zakladki keyboard2 24.pngKeyboard
    3. Numbers from Phone Zakladki book2 24.pngBook
    4. Numbers from Zakladki history 24.png History
  4. Accept set of numbers with OK button

W celu rozpoczęcia nawiązywania połączeń należy wybrać przycisk Bell 32.pngRozdzwoń

Conference status during upringing

Podczas rozdzwaniania konferencji widoczny jest stan poszczególnych stron konferencji:

  • V2 bell 24.png - Wywołanie strony konferencji w trakcie.
  • Call er 24.png - Wywołanie nie doszło do skutku (cel nie odebrał w czasie 30 sekund lub odrzucił połączenie).
  • Zakladki conference2 24.png - Strona została dołączona do konferencji.

Activities possible to execute during conference

Using conference control buttons

  1. Add plus green 24.png Add new conference parties.
  2. Delete x red 24.png End - finish conference and disconnect all parties.
  3. Mic dark blue off 24.png Mute - mute all conference parties, changing mode to individual voice transmission [3]. Next selecting this button switch on microphones to all conference parties.
  4. Managing conference without necessity of participation in this conference.
    1. Lala handset horizontal3 red 32.png Leaving conference[4].
    2. Lala handset call3 green 32.png Back to conference

Using individual control buttons for conference parties

  1. Delete x red 24.png Disconnecting from conference specified party.
  2. Mic dark blue 24.png/Mic dark blue off 24.png In normal mode mute/unmute specified conference party. In individual voice transmission mode - grant voice to specified conference party.

  1. Jump up ↑ During established conference additional parties can be add.
  2. Jump up ↑ Such conference group could be defined using CofigMAN application.
  3. Jump up ↑ Individual voice transmission mode enables to mute and unmute specified person using one button
  4. Jump up ↑ After leave conference normal operation of TouchCTI can be restored. Additionally, even while participating in conference, incoming calls are signal by TouchCTI.
