Type of calls presented in pane

From the point of view phone operating with TouchCTI application following types of calls can be defined (presentation of these calls can be found in call queue pane:

Incoming call.JPG Incoming call - call ringing is presented as green border flashes during call ringing.
Return call.JPG Return call - transferred call returned because nobody answered it.
Call.JPG Established call - red border and yellow background.
Transferring call.JPG Transferring call - transfer was not realized yet. In T CTI Settings.pngTouchCTI settings it can be determined what stage of call is presented on call queue pane or in tab Forwarded.
