TouchCTI installation and configuration

Application for proper operating requires:
- PC with touch screen with resolution min.: 1366x768.
- Operating system Windows Xp or later
- Implemented .NET 3.5 Sp1 environment
Software installation
Installation process recommended for applications working uninterrupted (mode 24/7).
- log into the system with admin privileges (for Windows XP it is default behaviour)
- delete existing application running automatically after system start (delivered with PC)
- deactivate rules of automatic Windows updating (it should be remembered about periodically manual updating)
- disable system hibernation,
- deactivate screen saver
- deactivate hard drive switching off
- install .NET 3.5 Service pack 1[1]
- install TouchCTI application
